Liquid spray drying technology is shaping and drying of the most widely used industrial process. Ideal for the solution, emulsion, suspension and paste liquid plastic raw materials generated in the powdery, granular or massive solid products. 空气经过过滤器和加热装置后，进入干燥室顶部的热风分配器，通过风分配器的热空气螺呈旋状均匀地进入干燥室，同时由泵将料液送到装在干燥室顶部的离心喷雾头，料液被喷成极小的雾状液滴，使料液和热空气接触的比表面积大大增加。小液滴和热风并流下沉，水份迅速蒸发在极短的时间内被干燥为颗粒制品，在旋风分离器中捕集，废气排发至外界。
After passing through the filter and the heating device, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber,and enters into the drying chamber evenly and spirally through the hot air screw of the air distributor. At the same time, the feed liquid is sent by the pump to the centrifugal spray installed at the top of the drying chamber and then sprayed into tiny vaporous droplets, which make the specific surface area of the feed liquid in contact with hot air greatly increase. When small droplets and hot air sink with current flow, the water would rapidly evaporate and be dried into granular products in a very short time and be trapped in a cyclone separator. As a result, the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside world.

该设备主要由初中效过滤器、高温高效过滤器、电加热箱、喷雾塔主体、变频雾化器、旋风分离器、引风机、热风管、电控箱、吹扫传动、冷风二次输送等组成。所有部件集中在一框架上，框架底部带有轮子，方便移动。接口简单，只需接通电源，压缩空气即可使用。
The small-scale centrifugal spray dryer is used for the experiment, small-scale tests and middle-scale tests of the liquid materials such as concentrates, extracts, and diluents.
The equipment is generally composed of the filter with elementary & middle efficiency, the filter with high temperature & efficiency, electric heating box, spray tower body, the atomizer with variable frequency, cyclone separator, induced draft fan, hot air pipe, electric control box, purge drive, and cold air with secondary transport, etc. All the components are concentrated on a frame with wheels on the bottom for easy movement. The interface is simple since the compressed air could be put into use just by turning on the power.

4、对于含湿量40-60%(特殊物料可达90%)的液体能一次干燥成粉粒产品，干燥后不需粉碎和筛选，提高产品纯度。
The dryer can dry the liquid material which contains 40%-60%(90% for special materials) of moisture into powder at once. There’s no need for smashing or sieving after drying. It improves purity.
5、 高效雾化器采用变频调速，带水冷却功能，雾化盘采用304全不锈钢，雾化盘直径：50mm，雾化器转速：0-30000rpm；
6、料液泵采用名优蠕动泵，实现恒流恒速送料。输送管路为φ17食品级硅胶管。
7、特殊的冷风扫壁装置，气扫管水平旋转的同时轻微上下运动，改善了斑马纹的出现。
